Wig Extension Sale(WES) process orders and ship out most merchandise within 1-3 business days to the shipping address once payment has been received.
Shipping delays may occur if the payment cannot be processed, the shipping address is incorrect or unconfirmed on PayPal, or the billing and shipping address provided by a first-time customer is different.
Once the order has been shipped, an automatic tracking number will be emailed to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to track their packages and to frequent delivery status or their e-mails for any shipping status changes or notifications. WES holds no responsibility over incorrect email addresses or telephone numbers given by the customer.
Shipping cost is based on weight of package and speed of delivery. Shipping company will automatically calculate the cost for the customer.
If a package is refused, unclaimed or undeliverable due to incorrect address given by the customer, additional return shipping charge may be applied. WES will refund only product cost minus return shipping cost.
First time purchases paying by debit/credit card are required to ship to their billing address, unless the customers provide a proof of billing address (i.e. a copy of one's driver license or a copy of one's credit card/bank statement verifying his or her billing address) or they change their payment method to PayPal. Orders paid by PayPal will not be shipped to the confirmed PayPal shipping address if it does not match the shipping address on the corresponding order form.
For international customers we strongly recommend UPS or USPS Express, as these carriers provide faster and more reliable service. Wig Extension Sale is not responsible for any duties that are applied at any international customs.
The customer may return or exchange new condition, not worn, not altered items with original package within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
1. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you do not have account, contact us by email at [email protected] with your name, email, order#, product info and return details.
2. Any return requests beyond 14 days of the delivery will not be accepted.
3. No restocking fee will be charged for exchange, but you may have to pay the shipping fee.
4. Only the fee incurred by credit card payment & refund will be charged for refund. But if it is our fault, you will get full refund. If an item was initially shipped via Free shipping offer and the return of that item is not from our fault, you will be reimbursed for the value of the item minus the cost of the shipping.
5. You have to pay return shipment unless the return of an item is caused by our faults.
6. All clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
7. Crediting back credit/debit cards is not possible after 21 days of your original purchase date and thus only store credit will be available. PayPal credit backs are not possible after 60 days of the original purchase date.
8. For hygienic reasons, wigs are not eligible to return if they were worn. If any wig is not in new condition (like no style tag on or has chemical or perfume sprayed, etc.), it can not be returned.
8. If the customer's original payment was Money Order, only store credit will be issued for reimbursement.
Tips for Eligible Return
1. Check your purchase right after you receive the merchandise for any missing item, damage or defect.
2. Do not alter, cut or style the product at all if there is a possibility of return. Do not take off style tags from the product. Handle the package gently .
3. Put on a wig cap first before trying on a wig. Be careful that no styling product residue is left on the wig.
4. If you found any defect of the product, take a picture of the defective area and email at [email protected] with your name, email, order#, product info and return details.
